Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization which has engaged in clinical trials collaboration and support for more than 45 years, providing accurate and cost-effective data management as well as statistical software development and maintenance for the collection and analysis of data to research networks, pharmaceutical companies and investigators.

Frontier Science has participated in numerous multi-site, multi-trial networks including the AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG); the Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trials Group and its successor, IMPAACT; the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) and International Breast Cancer Study Group (IBCSG) and the Pediatric HIV/AIDS Cohort Study (PHACS).

Frontier Science collaborates with clinical investigators and scientists in more than 800 laboratories, universities and medical centers around the world engaged in clinical trials and observational studies.

For projects requiring complex data management support and resources in clinical research informatics and information technology, we have partnered with the FSTRF office in Amherst, NY with over 45 years of expertise in supporting data management for clinical trials. FSTRF was started in 1975 by the late Professor Marvin Zelen then at SUNY Buffalo when he was asked to provide statistics and data management support for the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) by the late Dr. Paul P. Carbone, former ECOG Group Chair and former director of the then UW Clinical Cancer Center.
